BAAC (See Below for "Who we are") has developed ready to use MS Access Database Applications for Membership
Organizations, Chambers of Commerce, HomeOwner Associations, Small Business Client/Finance Management,
Churches, and a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) For Equipment/Inventory/Work Orders.
Other programs that do the same thing can cost hundreds if not thousands just to obtain the software not to
mention costs for additional features or support. In addition, many programs offer Event Management for
those Major Fund Raisers and small Networking Events. These are not programs created "On the Fly" but
have well over 2000 hours of development time each with the exception of Homeware and Data Backup
Manager, All programs are available to download and try.
Full Finance Functions! All of our programs except ZUD and the Data BackupManager include full financial functions such as Accounts Receivable &
Payable, Chart of Accounts, General Journals, Budgeting and more. In addition many programs have well over 200 reports and built in Exports for data.
If you find this "hard to believe" we invite you to download our program(s) and try them from any product page. Other capabilities that do cost a small fee are
with programs that offer one-click updates for your existing website integration and one click OFF SITE backups for the all important data file.
Many of our programs also provide the capability to integrate and easily UPDATE YOUR EXISTING WEBSITE such as an online member directory or calendar of
events with a click of a button. We simply provide you with a line of code to insert on the appropriate page of your website.
If you find other software programs are too costly for your organization we invite you to spend a few minutes reviewing our ready to install/use MS Access
databases for a variety of applications. Our programs will run with MS Access 2000, 2002, 2003 and 2007, 2010 (32 Bit only, 64 bit will be released at a later to
be determined date). You do not need MS Access to run the programs although it is recommended. If you do not have MS Access you can download MS
Access 2000 runtime which is free here on the Home page or Product Page.
We offer many options that may be purchased separately or in packages. Annual Support enables you to have an extra team member available to help when
needed. View any product page for pricing information and we encourage some level of support for the first year.
Often times when you do find software, it still is not exactly what you want. Here at BAAC, Inc. we also provide with our annual support 4 free hours each year
for customization services. We have tailored many of our programs to meet the exact needs of our clients. Contact us for a list of references. The programs
we offer here have well over 2000 hours of development each with the exception of Homeware and the Data Backup Manager. With that amount of
development time completed, you can have a customized program for 1/10th the cost for building an application from the ground up.
