We currently have several MS Access Database applications that we have developed over the years that allows you to save a lot of time and have most of the activities your organization provides all in one program. We also provide the full Design version at this point and most have well over 2000 hours of development time. MS Access Products also have a flat fee of $79.95/each for this full design version which means you are allowed to change it as you see fit and perhaps even resell it yourself. Also included is an application for 32 bit or 64 bit MS Office. We do provide a single copy that is for one computer but you can install this on as many computers as you like. Each computer would have their own data. We do provide support if you would like assistance with how to setup a network so that multiple users can share the same data.
Many of our products also have an ability to update Online Membership Directories, there would be an annual fee for this service if desired but it does include the ability for each member to post a picture as well.
We do have an additional Product that only uses MS Excel to update a clients Website online member directory. Here, the software needed is provided at no cost and as well there is only an annual fee to use this feature. contact us if you have any questions.
