Upon logging in, the association application main menu will open showing only current active members in the membership database, all program functions are easily accessed from the menu on the left. This works great for any type of club management Also note on the left column the "Update Web" button. This button with one click will update your website member directory (s). By adding a simple line of html code to your website member directory page, you can then update that directory from your membership database with a click of a button using your Microsoft access association application. In addition for club management, you have the option to add up to 10 specialty directories such as Lodging Only, Dining Only, Services, Medical, etc. With each listing you have the ability to link to the members website, add a logo/photo, add social networking links, map/directions, or add a coupon.
