3 - Contact us at 352-258-2594 or baacsupport@comcast.net to provide your City / State / Organization Name and we will then send you files needed to upload your Excel File to your secure ftp folder. this is how you control online directories. Simply double click a batch file to upload the file.
4 - We will also provide you with 1 simple line of code that you insert on your website Member Directory Page. Once inserted and published your directory will be live and you can then begin using ftp and the excel file.
We charge an annual fee of $295.00 (We do have an option where clients can choose to pay BAAC $20/yr/picture, minimum $100/yr), our users then have an excel file where they can provide members with options at a cost. For example, ask members to pay a small fee/yr for adding a picture as part control online directories using ftp, having a larger Business Description and others. requesting this fee will provide you to make additional income with our application.
You send the picture to baacsupport@comcast.net be it a jpg, gif, pdf, png, doc, docs etc. BAAC then formats the picture to a .jpg and adjusts the size for your to control online directories, we then name the file, upload to your picture folder and send a return email to you with the picture file name (i.e. abc.jpg), you then just enter that file name in the MemList.xlsx excel file and run the batch file using ftp to upload your directory. The picture will now appear on the members directory listing. NOTE, members can also provide a different URL then their home page so that if a visitor clicks the picture it will go that URL.
It is programmed that all your members can have their contact information, website URL and map links. However, in order to have a business description and social media URLs (Facebook, twitter, linked in, Instagram, or a blog) the member MUST have a picture posted to their listing. If not then those fields are blank. The data can be in the excel file, it simply will not upload using ftp to control online directories with no photo/pic/logo.
